The smile is one of the most basic expressions of the human being. An attractive smile is not only a positive thing in our social relationships, but it is also a sign of oral health.
Dental aesthetics is a specialty within dentistry, whose objective is to improve the appearance of people by improving their smile, which includes a wide variety of treatments

Inlays are partial restorations consisting of a small portion of ceramic used to rehabilitate teeth that have lost part of their dental structure, either due to cavities, wear or trauma. They are a much more conservative treatment than crowns, as they require only a small amount of healthy dental tissue to be removed in order to place them.
They are restorations that are made to measure for the tooth where they are cemented. At Esdens, we use CEREC technology, so through a completely digital process, we carry them out in a single session at the clinic, without the need for impressions or intermediate appointments.
Digital Smile Design is a revolutionary system that consists of designing the ideal smile considering the patient’s facial characteristics. Using photos of the patient, we carry out an individualized aesthetic, facial and dental study for each patient. Through this study, we transfer all this information to a computerized system on which we obtain a digitalized design of the ideal smile that the patient can see at the moment.
But even more interesting is that we can directly test this design in the patient’s mouth, without altering any teeth, in a single appointment. In other words, our patients can see what their ideal smile and teeth would look like directly in their mouth after a digitalized design.
Over time, our teeth can darken, accumulating stains due to certain foods, drinks and habits such as smoking. The objective of teeth whitening is to eliminate dental stains and make the teeth acquire a whiter and brighter tone.
It is a simple procedure that consists of placing a protector on the gums and subsequently an active whitening agent (hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide) that is capable of eliminating the substances that stain the tooth without damaging the dental structure. In some cases the patient may experience temporary sensitization.
Not everyone can undergo teeth whitening, so we recommend a prior consultation to assess the specific problem of each patient.
